At BMT WORLD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we currently only accept returns or replacements for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product demand. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
